Dr. Shah Shares Coronavirus Challenges - COVID-19 Hub

Nishanth Shah, MD, FACC, an #ACCEarlyCareer cardiologist at Brown University in Providence, RI describes some of the lessons he has learned during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Shah noted that scheduling his patients for telehealth visits was initially challenging, but that his patients took it in stride and they have been able to work together to keep them healthy. He also noted the difficulty in managing parenting responsibilities while working from home, and feeling fear while heading to work for the first time in his career.
