Welcome to the ACC’s first ever VIRTUAL Annual Scientific Session together with the World Congress of Cardiology.
Over the course of the next three days, ACC.20/WCC Virtual will feature a host of live education sessions ranging from Late Breaking Clinical Trials and Featured Clinical Research to Young Investigator Awards, Keynotes and much more. For those not able to join live, all content including slides, abstracts and videos will be available ON DEMAND and free for the next 90 days.
So how does ACC.20/WCC Virtual work? Live sessions will be featured each day starting at 8 am Central Time across three channels – Hot Topics, Global Cardiovascular Health and Education. You can find the full schedule at http://www.accscientificsession.org.
Not able to ask questions during the live session? You can carry on the discussions with ACC’s Pathway Tweeters and others on Twitter using hashtag #ACC20 and #WCCardio. ACC members can also take advantage of the College’s online Member Hub community (https://memberhub.acc.org). More details can be found on the “Engage” portion of the Virtual site.
Please make the most of all the virtual content available to you, including the Virtual Expo, slide presentations from across 10 clinical pathways, and our Convocation page, which includes a message from incoming ACC President Dr. Athena Poppas, recognition of this year’s Distinguished Award and Merck and Proctor Harvey Award winners, and opportunities to welcome the new FACCs and AACCs to the College.
This is YOUR meeting. Make the most of it.
